It’s A Habit

One of the major factors for success is positive habits. That was easy to say – the hard work is in the doing. Often what separates the excellent from the average are a series of habits that allow a person to automatically choose positive actions and productive behaviours. The ‘automaticity’ of positive habits means that we default to productive behaviours.

Three of the main points are:

  1. Be specific
  2. Start small
  3. Last for 66 days
