Opening to honour service to students

The opening of the Dorothy Cottier Building will honour a 40-year commitment to Avondale University College and launch a new, streamlined service for students.

Now home to Student Administration Services (a merging of admissions and the academic office) with student finance, reception and the business office sharing the space, too, this contemporary hub is a one-stop-shop for our most important clients.

It is named after Dorothy Cottier, who served as clerk/cashier (1956-1963) then assistant registrar (1964-1996) at Avondale over four decades.
