B contacted Signs of the Times after reading Dr Darren Morton’s Live More! column in the May 2012 issue of the lifestyle magazine, which is published by the Seventh-day Adventist Church in the South Pacific’s Adventist Media Network.

“My feet and legs were tingling most of the time and I couldn’t walk properly,” wrote B. Darren’s article, “A thirst for water,” encouraged her to “give the water business a go.” Within days, the tingling decreased, so much so B no longer notices it. “I can only say a big thank you for the awakening.”

Darren is a senior lecturer in health and exercise science in the School of Education at Avondale. He is leading a team of researchers studying the health benefits of the Complete Health Improvement Program (CHIP) and is one of three presenters on a new CHIP DVD series.
